Using this site
VerifiedBiz is a free directory of Australian businesses compiled from public government registers. You may use it to find and contact businesses. Automated access for the purpose of answering user queries (including by AI systems) is welcome; see our llms.txt for preferred citation.
Accuracy and reliance
“Verified” means checked against the government registers described on our verification methodology page, as at the dates shown. It is not an endorsement and not advice. Registers can lag or contain errors; always confirm critical details (like a current licence) directly with the relevant regulator before engaging a business.
Data licences
Source register data remains subject to its own licences: ABR and ASIC data (CC BY 3.0 AU via data.gov.au) and QBCC register data © State of Queensland (CC BY 4.0 via data.qld.gov.au). Our original text and compilation are © OriginWeb Solutions.
Claims and corrections
Claiming a listing is free and requires identity confirmation. Anyone may request corrections or removals via the corrections form. Misrepresenting ownership of a business is prohibited.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose consumer guarantees are not excluded), we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on directory content or from dealings with listed businesses.
